About the Work
- What are the project teams like?
- Project teams will differ depending on the project, but generally are made up of about 3-5 people. We can also introduce individual professionals to clients, in which case the professional will go to work for the client's organization as part of their team.
- Is it possible to work on multiple projects at the same time?
- Decisions as to whether a member will focus on one project, or work on multiple projects, will be made on a case-by-case basis. Some of our professionals also have clients outside of InProGroup. Others are doing this as a side job, or have multiple jobs already, in which case they would, of course, be engaging in multiple projects at once.
- How do you decide who handles what project?
- Our coordinators will work hard to make sure that the individual interests of our members match up with the needs of our clients. Whether we can assign you to a specific client or industry depends on factors like your individual career plan, client needs, and more.
- Is it possible to be a specialist for a specific industry or theme?
- Of course, if what you wish matches up with client needs.
- Is there a standard for evaluation with respect to work ability?
- We believe that the client should be the ones in charge of evaluating our professionals' work ability. People who have produced results in the past will continue to receive offers for more work.
About Skills/Experience
- What level of English language ability do I need?
- In this increasingly global business landscape, English language ability is fast becoming a very important skill. Depending on the project, the client may request that English be the main language. This does not mean, however, that you need to be able to speak English fluently. As long as you can listen, write, and communicate the important elements--logically and accurately--there should not be a problem, work-wise.
- What kinds of people are registered in InProGroup?
- There are people who have experience working for consulting firms, as well as business firms, the public sector (including government offices), and more. Regardless of the genre of their work, they are all individuals who have excelled in their respective fields.
